AI ENGINEER × FOUNDER × M.D.

I hold a medical license,
and I'm on the building side of generative AI.

Image, speech, language — I train the models, ship them as products, and take them to the floor. Medicine is the deepest place to apply them.

I know the clinical floor,
so I deliver AI from the building side.

After earning my medical license and working as a resident, I taught myself to build generative AI models. Image, speech, language — I've worked on every major modality from the training side, and as the CTO of an AI startup I led a from-scratch Japanese speech-synthesis stack, from acoustic model to vocoder. Today, as the CEO of GENSHI AI, I'm putting medical LLMs that keep patient data inside the hospital into real clinical use. Solving problems I felt in the exam room with code I wrote myself — that closeness is where I think the value of my work lives.
